Nestled between the neighborhoods of Bryant and Ravenna, the Bryant Corner Cafe and Bakery (formerly the Sunflour Cafe) has a long-standing history with the area. Originally the neighborhood drugstore, the building has gone through many evolutions over the decades, managing to preserve a homey and welcoming atmosphere so telling of its ties with the local community. Owner Chris Mosher remember frequenting the old drugstore in their own youth, and have striven to expand and improve the Cafe without compromising that comfort of the familiar. With a menu and an ambiance both designed to be inclusive, the cafe is equally enjoyed by families-on-go as well as the lone coffee-guzzler, camped out with a laptop (free WiFi!).

Known for its weekend brunch (a few of the local favorites: the french toast, the crab cake, the eggs benedict and the corned beef hash), there is often a line out the door on Sundays. Weekly specials offer endless options for all dietary preferences. For the wheat-sensitive, gluten-free pancakes are always a hit. An assortment of gluten-free goodies also supplement the array of fresh-baked cookies, muffins, scones and other pastries made daily in-house.

Proud to provide the area with yet another dining option, the cafe has recently opened for dinners. Maintaining its reputation for hearty fare, substantial portions and plenty of options for the kids, there are also various choices worthy of a date-night dinner. Hefty salads, homemade soups, chicken marsala, and the ever-loved meatloaf are just a few of the local favorites. The beer and wine list is modest, but ample--sure to have something for everyone.

The Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch and dinner 7 days a week from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
